Thank you for contacting [redacted] Although it’s distressing to read of your concern. I appreciate your willingness to provide us with an opportunity to respond. First, please accept my sincere apologies for your disappointment with your Run Flat Tires. While I am... pleased to see you have serviced your vehicle for the past [redacted] miles with us, I was disappointed to read of the continued issues you encountered. Please know that your concerns are important to us. You expressed each tire that is rotated to the front passenger side wears faster than the others. An alignment was performed to correct this [redacted] ***, however after approximately 3,054 miles you conveyed the vehicle continues to pull to the right. [redacted] *** you brought in your vehicle. Our Technician evaluated your [redacted] and reported the alignment was within specs, however, the tires show wear and therefore, recommended 4 new tires. The original Run Flat Tires from the factory are made to give the consumer a luxury ride. Tread life of [redacted] run-flat tires may be as low as 15,000 – 20,000 miles and may be as high as 40,000 miles. Keep in mind that treads life can vary significantly depending how you drive, where you drive, and a host of many other factors. If you would like us to re-evaluate your tires/alignment concern I’ll be happy to schedule a convenient time. It is unfortunate that you feel that we are responsible for the wear on your tiresPlease understand in this case when we initially inspected your tires; we found tires with tread wear. The initial purpose for the alignment in May was to 1) correct a pull reported and 2) to prolong tire life This service was performed approximately months ago or 3,+ miles ago. On your last visit we recommended all four tires be replaced due to tread wear. Some tires showed 3/whereas on the other showed 2/32….although the 3/is an acceptable or a safe tread depth it was recommended to change all for your convenience sake; as you will require new tires before the next service interval What you will continue to experience if the tires are not replaced is when performing the next routine tire rotation maintenance you’re moving tread worn tires again and again to different areas (front to back/back to front) of the vehicle; thus giving you poor driving performance It is my understanding the Service Director offered to repeat and perform an alignment inspection and informed you, unless the alignment was significantly off, you would be responsible for the cost of the re-alignment service You declined the offer Again the tread life of *** *** run-flat tires may be as low as 15,miles you currently have over *** miles which is well within the *** *** *** Manufacturers standards. Your request for replacement tires at no charge was declined

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint

*** ***,
Although I
understand your apology, that doesn’t resolve the issue; this car was badly aligned
every time, and yet when my husband talked to your service manager, he was extremely
rude, not only implying I was responsible for the damage, but also telling my
husband that he didn't know who else drove the car while he was goneThat to
me is extremely rude and shouldn't even be a point on the conversationOnce my
husband gracefully dismissed the comment, he asked your service manager to
check the alignment and your service manager proceeded to tell that for him to
do that, check the damage done by his team, we would have to pay for that
service, and proceeded to walk awayOn regards to the life of the tires, as
you stated on your comment, are designed to last up to *** miles and so far
we are at ***When this was brought up by my husband once again, your
service manager with a very rude attitude answered that he didn't sell tires,
that that was not his problem
Is absolutely unacceptable that I got two bad tires because the bad work done at your center, and now I'm being asked to replace all tires at once. Would that solve the problem? probably for another months when is time to realize the rotation and alignment and it's done incorrectly once again. I'm well aware that those tires are consider a luxury ride, who doesn't seem to care is your service manager and his crew, who think that it's ok to perform a bad service and get away with it.
What we want is a resolution not merely an apology, as result of bad service I have now tires in bad condition, each of one of those is ranging from $***, and if it wasn't for the lack of responsability of your center we would not be on this situation
As you can
understand at this point we are extremely aggravated, not only my personal
reputation has been put in doubt by someone that I don't even know, but the
experience overall has been terrible
Fortunately
your dealer is not the only one in *** ***, and the same morning
another dealer with definitely higher standards and a team who really cares for
their customers, was gracious enough to check the tires and align the car
properly, and now the car runs as a charm
With that said, unless we get to a satisfactory resolution, you can be asured that I would do everything in my power to advise all our friends and family, and all of those who
check websites such as Yelp, to be aware of that awful customer service that place
has
Regards,
