Scheduled a service for our Cadillac Escalade Platinum for a oil change plus a small paint less dent repair with this dealerAfter dropping off the car On a Tuesday I’ve been told first day do the oil change and than the dent repairEnd of the day they called me the car is readyI asked about the dent since they didn’t call with an estimateSo they said oh it’s not done it’s a different department but the guy had a family emergency so it won’t be done until the next dayNext day nobody reaches out to me so I called themNo idea what happened they say so I have to wait another dayThursday it is many emails and calls no answer until 6pm from the service manager MikeHe has no idea that the car is even there and needs a dent repair he saysBut he will do it on FridayFriday morning he calls he can’t do it because of some holiday and weekend and what notThey just have no idea and they don’t care anything I’ll pick up the car today from than and take it to Connecticut hopefully for a better experience
