Fraudulence- Stolen Tax refund funds

I’ve been filing my taxes with Fred Johnson Company located at, [redacted] telephone number ([redacted] for the past few years. [redacted] has been the tax man who has prepared my taxes for the most part.

I also referred my daughter who has had her taxes done by him ([redacted] for the past couple of years as well. Last year (2012) when she received her tax amount bank deposit funds it was less than the amount [redacted] wrote on her tax receipts, she was livid. At the time I told her to talk to him perhaps he made an error that can be corrected. She did, but nothing was resolved as far as her receiving the misplaced missing funds [redacted] was responsible for.

I didn’t want to believe that [redacted] dishonestly and purposely had “stolen” money from my daughter’s income tax refunds. Instead, I thought that’s odd, he’s been preparing my taxes okay. I thought.

In the past [redacted] has told me, and he has also written the exact amount that I would receive on my refund receipt. The amount has “NEVER” reflected anything other than the amount he has written. Whatever the fee amount charged by Fred Johnson Company was not included in the amount I would receive. It was “Never” taken out after the fact either. In other words, the amount [redacted] wrote that I would receive. I received. 2012 tax receipt was supposed to be $644.00 that’s the amount that should have been deposited in my account. Unfortunately, that was not the amount I received. My deposit was $ 411.00; $233.00 dollars short of the amount I was suppose to have received.

After, discovering the lesser amount than expected, I alerted [redacted], his argument was” that’s what I told you, you would get. We did nothing wrong.” I was horrified, that refund was for past due rent. I can’t afford the lost. Since February 22, 2013 (deposit date of refund) I have not heard from [redacted] or anyone else from Fred Johnson’s Company.

[redacted] exemplified the same mendacious behavior when approached with this issue as he did with my daughter in the year previously. This is a serious matter; if Fred Johnson Company is responsible for encouraging a staff member to be” rip off artist” causing hardship for individuals who entrust them to do their taxes. Then it’s fair that I litigate, and present immoral evidence of injustice.

I need the money I’ve worked hard for.
