Review: I placed an order for oil from Schildwachter on 12/[redacted]13 and was supposed to receive the delivery of oil to my house by Monday 12/**or Tuesday 12/**. No delivery was made I called Tuesday night to ask what happened and was told to wait until Thursday the **. I informed them that I placed the order on Sunday and was low on oil. The operator/receptionist informed me that she would put a note on my account that the oil was low. On Christmas Day 12/**someone from Schildwachter came and poured 10 gallons of oil by hand and left. I received a bill for the 10 gallons of about 40$ and an emergency holiday service call bill of about $340. I am outraged that this company is billing me for a service I didn't request and that during the entire process no one informed me that a service call was being placed to my house. No one on the phone informed me of this and neither did the person that came to my house, doing work with telling clients the price or that you will be billed is wrong, especially when it's a service that was not requested.The company is not responsive to our calls about this bill and has been terrible to work with. Incredible that after over 10 years of business they treat customers like this.Desired Settlement: We would be willing to pay for the 10 gallons of oil added to our tank, but this unsolicited emergency holiday service call is unacceptable, we would like this bill to be canceled by Schildwachter.
