Fred Martin Ford, Inc.

I recently purchased a vehicle with Fred Martin Ford Mercedes-Benz on 10-05-12 and I had thought they were a good dealership, but once you make that first payment they get ugly with you and don't care about the customer's satisfaction whatsoever! I wasted my time and effort taking the vehicle to get serviced twice and they tell me nothing is wrong with my vehicle,simply giving me the runaround with the age and miles on the vehicle. The third time I took it up they then tell me there is a problem with my vehicle, seriously?!?! why not be thorough the first time and they would've found the problem. All I have been doing when I get paid is fixing my vehicle up and problem after problem arises. I'm just tired and worn out of playing games with them and the service department with their runarounds with me. My vehicle broke down the other day when I was going to work and it was frigid cold outside and I had to walk 1-1.5 miles to ask someone to use a phone. I don't have a reliable vehicle now to get back and forth to work, well the vehicle was never reliable. I haven't got to drive it more than a month at a time without it breaking down. I am going to let all my friends and family know not to buy a car from there and to let honest Americans know not to go there either!

Fred Martin uses bogus "RECALL VERIFICATION NOTICES" to scam customers into thinking their vehicle has been recalled. The then offer a discount oil change. I contacted a reputable Ford dealer who stated my vehicle has no recalls, and any recall would come fron Detroit, not Youngstown. Typical slimy car salesman. I also filed a complaint with[redacted] and Ford Motor Company in Detroit.
