in response to our conversation earlier today, feb 6. I spoke with the ***'s in length, thursday feb around 6:p.mwe agreed to resolve the problems and I would address the issues they have concerning the work I performed at their residence
Review: We had concrete poured on 11-10-14 by the contractor. The job was not done correctly with unfinished edging, no expansion joint were placed around the existing wall, aggregate is showing threw the concrete. The concrete is causing water to run into our garage and coal bin. The contractor was to come and look at the job on 11-17-14, [redacted] was here at 2:15 and he did not show up. On 12-9-14 we recieved a text from [redacted] stating we need to put in an additional drain. We told him there was issues and he needed to come look at it. We also sent pictures with no response. We contacted another contractor that stated the job needed torn up and replaced and we have the estimate from that contractor.Desired Settlement: We would like the job torn up and done correctly by another contractor.
