I am rejecting this response because:  I've done ALL OF THIS in the past, MULTIPLE TIMES and the mailings continue.  I don't have time to waste DAILY when your mail shows up to scan & email to you only for you to ignore my efforts to correct this.  I've told them that people are DEAD that they're mailing things to, I've told them that the people on their list haven't worked here in OVER 17 YEARS and the mailings still CONTINUE.I want some ACTUAL ACTION AND EFFORT, on the part of Fred Pryor Seminars, other than an obligatory email telling me that they will do something, when they have ABSOLUTELY NO INTENTIONS of stopping the mailings!!!!!!!!!!!

I am rejecting this response because:It does not offer a positive action on the part of the business to prove that they actually will delete my address. Acceptable response from the business will entail them providing a screen print or pdf of logs indicating a successful removal of my email address. I have REPEATEDLY sent many many requests to be removed from these mailing lists but they are ignored. This company is a scam, and their "products" are a waste of time and money. They also mail loads upon loads upon loads or garbage, multiple copies to the same address (we get up to 15 copies of the same exact flyer). I would like the following addresses removed from their mailing list immediately and permanently. Though the business has offered to work with marketing to expedite getting our address removed, they have stated that it may still take 6-8 weeks for this process to complete at all materials are pre-printed. The dates given in my complaint show that I have already asked for this to happen and have waited the expected amount of time before filing this complaint. 6-8 weeks is not acceptable. Only immediately with written confirmation that our address has been removed is acceptable.

The unsubscribe link provided in the email is of the type used by spammers ( [redacted] to mark a recipient as a "live/real" email address. I an a VP of Technology and have worked in the digital space for 20 years. It is from an external "junk" domain.Fred Pryor Inc, it's employees and agents have now had fair notice of spamming violations. I have never had any business relationship with their enterprise. ANY further email communications will be forwarded to Fed authorities at a potential fine of $10,000 per incident.

I am rejecting this response because:  A)  They didn't address my original concern and desire to be removed from their mailing list when I called them and explicitly requested to be removed from all mailings.  I had to go through the time-consuming process of contacting the Revdex.com and mailing the CEO a stack of brochures making the same exact request I tried on the phone;  b)  I am still going to get 17 more mailings into the future???  Are you kidding me?  This is unbelievable...  This is harassment and to hide behind "we can't stop mailings already in the pipeline" is not a plausible explanation.

This is what they ALWAYS tell me. The mailings ease up for a few weeks then BAM I am hit with multiple mailings again and I go through the whole thing of sending them the info they claim they need to end the mailings. BUT THEY NEVER END! Not completely. They always change one little thing in the name, recipient or address so that it stays in their database. I don't want ANYTHING from them EVER again!
