At the conclusion of this meeting, Ruben explained to [redacted] that he would follow up with him via email within 2 days. On 11/17/2016, Ruben attempted to contact [redacted] via email. On or about 11/17/2017, [redacted] called Ruben asking why he had not emailed him. Ruben explained that he did send an email on 11/17/2017 and that perhaps this message was stuck in his SPAM folder.
