I order a palette from them and never received itWhen I tried to contact
them to find what happened on there end or with the shipping service they
used I never got a response to my phone calls or the several emails I
sentI guess once they got the money they didn't care if I got it or notThis customer is stating claims, we have responded to *** the
same day she contacted us via email and informed her that her order was
delivered on November 28, at 8:45pmWe also gave her the ***
tracking numberSince we sent the email, we have not received a reply
from *** or any follto her concernsAs the seller, it is not our responsibility if an item is stolenWe
insure our packages up to $if they are damaged or lost via the
shipperSince it is the holiday season, we have informed and asked our
customers to do the following prior to ordering:
Customers expecting deliveries should have packages routed to places of
work or other locations where someone is presentAsk for a signature confirmation, which means the parcel won't be
delivered unless someone is there to accept itHave the parcel held at the post officeYou can go online at ***.com,
fill out the form and they will hold your parcelYou can also have a text message sent to you for your package's arrival
time or have the package sent to your officeAs the seller, we are not responsible for stolen packages we shipped
within our stated handling time and provided them with tracking
informationCan you please remove this complaint from your website as we shipped her
product on time, sent her an email with tracking number and answered her

Regards, Because I have emailed them several times and I have not received an call or email since the time I emailed them saying that I never received the packageI used the tracking number that was giving and no at *** knows were my package is so therefore vidaluxe cosmetic uses *** if I'm emailing you telling u the package was not delivered I never signed for this package then why aren't vidaluxe trying to contact *** to find out why haven't I received my package
