On 10-12-customer came into my shop to have the brakes checked-electrical checked and a oil-filter-lube
done
We found that the vehicle needed brake pads, rotors, calipersWe gave him a price he declined to buy the parts from usHe leaves and comes back 2-hrs later with some of the parts that the car needs, he has calipers and pads onlyNo rotorsso as you can see on INV# ***, we installed his parts (calipers-pads only, no rotors)
Then on 01-11-2014, months and 4,miles later, he brings in his own (parts) rotors to be installed INV#***
So now if there's a squeaking problem they are his parts, I can not warranty his parts he has to go back to where he bought them
On the electrical check: we found that its possthe multi function switch he again declined buying the switch on the 1st time apptINV#***
Oil-filter-lube done at a coupon price which was free
Also he received a discount on INV# ***, 10-12-
Please let me know, I believe he has nothing coming back to him, plus his numbers do not match my invoices

The parts were installed by them, there are no issues on the parts these are platinum pads, further their diagnostics were wrong on the switch there was no issues with the switch and it has been confirmed by Honda dealer when I got it serviced a week backWhen I checked how the diagnostic was performed,they mentioned it was done by looking at itFurther the oil change was bought separately three oil changes I can send proof of itNeed a refund for a job done worst
Charges are as below, I can send a screen shot, if you could let me know how to attach it

I have not received the check till yesterday, I was waiting to checkBut this is way beyond that, they are not ready to fix the squealing brakes and I have been living with that for months, got my indicators fixed by Honda for $or so, I don't have the money to get my brakes done totally again for another 800$ and I am hoping Revdex.com will help me with this mental torture of spending so much amount and time and have not got the issue fixed stillWhat is the amount they have sent the check for and will it help me to fix the brakes or are they refunding the amount for there misdiagnosis ?

I came to Revdex.com trusting I will get some justice on this case of run arounds, mental torture amount of time and money spent on getting my brakes issue fixed with Fred JR and I still trust I would get a resolution on this, till date I have not received any thing from Fred jr and as usual no response from them, with high hopes to get a resolution on this I am updating the case again

when the vehicle was dropped off I told we would take a look at it and call him and somehow we got the wrong phone number I explained that to him and apologized when he came back in to check on it as we explained to Mr.*** we are not
sure why the wheel feel off we said it may be foul play and I offered to repair it at a discounted rate to try to help him out and make a bad situation a little better we did look at the vehicle one lug stud was a little bent but the other five were good the lower ball joint got scraped up and we recommended replacement when I talked to mr*** I said we recommend the lower ball joint and new stud just in case they got weakened he explained that he thought there may be a brake problem so I had the mechanic look into that and he called Mr.*** and explained that the rotor had a little hash not to bad and Mr*** said the would like to do it the right way and replace pads and rotors on both sides of the front of the vehicle as for the wheel the customer stated that he did not feel the wheel loosened up and on our invoice it does say to recheck lug nuts after miles we didn't feel it was improperly installed the lugs are not stripped or cross threaded and the studs did not brake all lugs were found by each other and went right back on the vehicle to hold the spare on
