We were moving and needed a dog door and a fence asap for our senior dogs Freddie put this together along with a new set of second story steps and a balcony in under a weekThe dog door and fence were done within daysThe people he used were very professional and didn't leave a mess!

Freddie has done several things for us this past year He and his crew have put new roofing on most of the house and he removed and rebuild the upstairs front porch This house was built in 1857; dealing with remodels on very old structures is difficult at best The work was timely, the craftmanship was excellent, and the pricing quite reasonable He's currently doing work on the soffits around the house: metal cladding and installing venting When that's done he'll blow insulation into the attic spaces This work, too, is first class and coming along nicely He's also done some repairs on an old building downtown that's even older than the house You will find Freddie to be honest, fair, and committed to quality work

He went beyond the minimal requirements by searching for hidden problems that could be potential issues in the future. The quality of workmanship was superb. We used Mr. Snell for some repairs on our house after a tree fell. He and his crew were always there when they said they would be, weather permitting. They were professional and cleaned up after each days work. Freddie was very knowledgeable and was easy to come to with questions. Freddie let us know all the different options we had to either save money or if an upgrade could be done. He worked with our ins. co. too. We will certainly use Freddie Snell Builders if we ever need work done again!!

We just had a wonderful experience with Freddie Snell! He built on a covered porch to the back of our house and we could not be happier!! Once we contacted him about a quote, he gave us a very fair quote within a day, and once we accepted, was working on the project the very next day! The process was very quick, easy, and he was always very helpful and explained every step of the process! We are in LOVE with the finished product! It is gorgeous, and exactly what we were dreaming of!! We are extremely happy and will recommend him, and have already recommended him, to anyone needing some work done to their house!
