When I went there on they had the “wifi” man thereIt was
his thermostat not oursAnd he told me that they were not allowed to hook the
wires to it but he could and would program itAll I was told to do is hook the
wires to the thermostat and that is what I didI charged an $
service
call fee for going out to the houseI was there an additional min waiting
for him to program it and he said it was right and ready to runAnd I told
them (the home owners) that if they had any problems at all that they needed to
call me and I would come out again at no chargeI even gave them my business
cardThe homeowner called her and told us that there was a problem with the thermostat
and she said she would call us backWhen she called back she said everything was
fine that the t-stat was programmed wrong and it was fixedThen she had called
us saying that the company they got out there charged them $for R-Freon
and that it not true due to they charged the same amount as us $a poundWhy
they lied I do not know
