Freddy's Frozen Custard

NEVER AGAIN!!!! I was at Freddy this evening around 7:pm or so and ordered a chili dog meal and a number and was famished at the timeThat quickly changed in the worst wayWe were handed out drinks and I noticed off hand that the cashier was passing a soda that was covered in root beer drops on the outside of the cup (annoying) I chose not to say anything about due to the fact that I was so hungry and just wanted my food, then the bag came out the window filled with grease top to bottom and still in silent mode we paid drove off and proceeded to eatThe chili from the chili dog was all over the outside ( disgusting ) then on to the burger; half of the grease and condiments that were involved in preparing the burger were on the outside packaging of the burger as well( unacceptable ) Now this is where my problem really comes in atI pulled out the RECIEPT and called the number for a young male to answer and say "hello" so in confusion of where I had actually called I said " is this Freddy's" then a young lady's voice gets on the line and she says "hello" as well so I just jump straight to it and make her aware of all my issues including the way they were answering the phone and I turn around and go back to the locationWell Patty the Mananger acted as if the fact that they were busy and the inside of the store matching my complaints of the food was a good enough excuse for the tacky and unsuitable situation I then shook my head in disgust as I was pointing out all the filth behind the seems and just asked for my money backShe obliged with a very nice, nasty attitude and asked me to have a good night as she refunded meI'm so turned off by this experience I now have no appetite and want to know for certain that this will never happen againIn closing my son use to work for Freddy's and I know this is a display of nothing but unhealthy problems for the companyPlease handle this Respectfully, Tamika M [redacted]
