Review: I've been trying to get them to come out to my house for the last two days to fix my refrigerator. One day the guy didn't show up until the close of business time and one guy didn't get to my house until after 8 pm. Both guys had different solutions to resolve the issue and I'm not sure which one is telling the truth. Now the food in my old refrigerator is going to go bad because I don't have a refrigerator to move it to. Also, they promised they would take the doors off when the refrigerator was being delivered and that didn't happen. All she keeps saying is she'll call me back, their on their way or I have to call the owner. The lady that sells the crap is rude and told me to stop calling she's doing her job. The guy is suppose to be back Monday with the part but then again he was only helping them out and does not work directly for the store.Desired Settlement: They can either:
1. Repair the refrigerator before Sears gets here.
2. Pay Sears to do the repair.
3. Come pick up the refrigerator out of my house and refund me my 330 dollars.
