In emails I have received from Frederich Roofing, one says I have mph warranty The one I received yesterday saiys 130mphI have asked them to send me in writing if my original warranty has changed after repairs to roofHave sent more then one email asking this. This is confusing and stressful and upsetting

We have visited the customer's home three or four times but could not find any leaks or problemsWe offered to meet with another roofer to pinpoint any problems but the customer refusedThe gutters screens were or years old and we replaced them as a courtesy

We are not going to not finish her job. I will have *** reach out to her to get an update and make sure this job gets completed

Irrespective of whether they guarantee their work or not, Frederic should be accountable for the faulty sealing job they put in place, and I find the $price for a new chimney cap excessive when I was able to get one (that works) for $

Called for an estimate on June 17, to have my gutters cleaned and repaired Was told they would send someone out and e-mail me an estimate in about two weeks Four weeks later, I still had not heard from them When I called them back on July 14, to check up on things, a less then friendly lady told me they hadn't been out to my house because they had been too busy When I asked if she had any idea when they might be out, she simply said, "no" After an awkward pause she told me I could just schedule a cleaning (with no estimate) but that I would have to give them my credit card information first When I told her I was uncomfortable with how long the process had taken up to this point and that I was thinking of taking my business elsewhere she simply told me good bye and hung up
In short, if you don't like dealing with unhelpful people, or you need something fixed on your house in a timely fashion, Frederic Roofing is NOT for you

We called Frederic Roofing to repair a leaking flat roofWe described the location of the leaks and received their opinion that they could patch the roof and solve the problemIt took several weeks due to weather (their response) and they were paid in full Upon another heavy rain, the roof leaked in the same places and in addition, we had to clean up plaster that has fallen from the hallway due to the water damageWe called and after a few days the original individual came and looked at the roof and said he would send someone the following week to to additional work It has been two full weeks and they have not called or shown up
We had also called Frederic and spoken with the appointment setter for gutter work from that divisionShe indicated it had been assignedThey never came or called at all

rejecting this response because: The pictures I received from Frederic Roofing showing repairs on the roof and from what I could tell the left side looks good but the shingles over the right side over the downspout have a gaps and does not look right. I spoke with [redacted] yesterday and he said that was the best they could do.

Irrespective of whether they guarantee their work or not, Frederic should be accountable for the faulty sealing job they put in place, and I find the $140 price for a new chimney cap excessive when I was able to get one (that works) for $94.
