The original ring ordered had shipped by mid to late October
Apparently consumer selected an alternate ring that he is satisfied with
We contacted the consumer multiple times to apologize and see how we can make up for the delay
We supplied several options
Consumer seems to be OK and is seeking NO further action

Reliable Tree Service is a family owned and operated business. When I called and spoke with the owner to set up an estimate he was kind and courteous. The price they quoted me was extremely reasonable. They started work the very next day on removing a tree and trimming up two others. The owner's son and wife were there working too and they got the job done fast and efficiently. They even spoke with my neighbor next door to get their permission before they moved any limbs. My front yard looks so much better now! I would recommend Reliable Tree Service to everyone!

Review: I bought a wedding ring. It was promised to be delivered within a month. It's going on a month and five days and they don't even know where the ring is.Desired Settlement: I paid for my ring in full and I except the ring when it was promised. "Under promise, over deliver" not over promise and under deliver. Horrible company. Will never buy anything from them again.
