Please accept this letter as our written response regarding the complaint made by [redacted] ***, [redacted] ***.Mr [redacted] signed a one year Lease on May 1, The initial term of his Lease will expire on April 30, The attached letter dated March 25, provided a day written notice to the tenant that his Lease was being terminated at the end of the twelve month term and would not continue on a month to month basisMr [redacted] was not given an eviction notice as his complaint states.We are aware the mother of his children watches them during the dayNeighbors and management have seen on more than one occasion other children being dropped off during the dayIt would be a violation of the Lease and property insurance for a commercial operation such as some form of daycare to be operated from a residential unit.Attached is a copy of the Work Order Detail for his apartment since he moved inA leak from the first floor ceiling was never reported to the officeWithout notification we cannot make necessary repairs to a problem.The apartment was exterminated for roaches on three occasionsNot only did we exterminate his apartment but the roaches began to appear in the adjacent apartment so it had to also be treatedAs the attached exterminator notes indicate treatment was difficult due to clutter, lack of preparation for treatment and dirty dishes overflowing in the kitchen sink creating a feeding ground for the roachesIt was clear to us that the tenant or his guests were not trying to help eradicate the problem.We appreciate Mr [redacted] concerns and you allowing us to respondThe termination of his Lease Agreement as stated in our letter is still in effect, Hopefully Mr [redacted] will be able to make other housing arrangements for himself and his family

provided a 30 day written notice to the
tenant that his Lease was being terminated at the end of the twelve month term
and would not continue on a month to month basis. Mr. [redacted] was not given an
eviction notice as his complaint states.We are aware the mother of his children watches them during the day. Neighbors and management
