Terrible business Void my giftcard even when it says on the card "This Merchandise Credit does not expire."
Offering a 30% discount instead of honoring the full value on my giftcard, but wait, you have to call the customer service and wait for minutes to activate the 30% discount otherwise it wouldn't work
And, please do not try to use this 30% disocunt on any on sales item because it wouldn't work Also, the discounted code they loudly advertise on the website and email - it doesn't work either, so don't bother
Why is this company still in business wasting people's time and money!?!?!
I ordered and received two brasI had ordered these bras in the past and liked themBut the ones that I received were not the same quality so I returned themI never received my refund so I contacted them (email) and they replied that I would not get my refund because the bras had a hint smell of cigarette smokeEither the shipping and receiving person smokes or they just flat out liedI DO NOT SMOKE!!! and I never wore themThey also said that they received my return on 11/13/- that is a SundayMy package was delivered on 11/4/16, Friday by FedExIt's not even a matter of the money anymoreThey lied! Fredericks use to be a nice place to shop, quality and serviceI will never use them again
