Good Afternoon, The bill in question is for Fredericksburg Ambulatory Surgery Center for a date of service of 01/18/13. The total charges were $[redacted] and after insurance paid left the patient responsibility of $[redacted]. The account was turned over to Collections on 08/22/13 and the...
first collection letter went out 9/13/13. We do have 5 years from the date of service to collect on a debt but since there was no communication until 09/15/17 I will do a courtesy adjustment of the $[redacted].
