Review: When we moved into this house we were told the carpets were new and had been cleaned. The carpets were not new at all. Dog pee stains can be seen on almost every carpet in the house and the house smells like dog. We did pay for the pet deposit but our dog is still in ohio and is not being brought down until this gets cleared up because fleas were also found in the house. Nails paint chips and numerous other things have been found on these clean carpets along with stains.

We were told this house was in move-in condition and there is a gas leak that had recently attempted to fix and failed. When called to see when this would be fixed we were hung up on by [redacted].

When we were looking at the house we were told that the house was heated by gas. That is partially true because the down stairs is heated by gas and the upstairs is heated by an electric heat pump meant for a studio apartment. This has cause said heat pump to constant be in aux mode which if you don't know runs the bill through the roof. We asked about this and the company had no clue there was two heating systems. This second heating system was made to be a back up by the home owner and they are using it as the primary heat for the upstairs. This move in ready house had air filters that had not been replaced in a long time and wee causing problems with both heat pumps. The heat pump upstairs also is only blowing out cold air

Overall we were told this house was clean and ready to be lived in and are expected to clean when we leave. I don't mind cleaning when I leave but only if it's clean when I move in. The reality also lied to us in the heating /cooling systems of the houseDesired Settlement: I want as soon as our name comes up on the on base housing list to be let out of the BS contract and allowed to leave. Upon move out if I am to clean the carpets I would like help from the rental company to do so since it wasn't done when I moved in. I would also like a formal apology from the company.

Dear [redacted]- I need to first clarify that the Rental Company NOT the Real Estate Company was involved with this complaint. After seeking counsel from our client, the Landlord, we contacted the Tenant and feel like full resolution has been made. For Clarification I believe that some of the statements made to this tenant actually came from their own Realtor who was not affiliated with our companies at all. Perhaps they should be contacted.

We are now being told by [redacted] that they do not wish to move their family and have no further complaints.
