Review: Received a credit alert via e-mail that a unpaid doctors bill for 77$ had been put on my credit report, the bill was to be paid by my heath insurance provider but was not. I contacted collection co. that put the negative report on my credit report and told them I would pay and get reimbursed by my insurance as I am getting ready to settle on a new house and this had to be removed ASAP from my credit report. I have faxed request 5 times and have made numerous calls in the last 2 days and get nowhere . I feel that they think this is a joke and are dragging there feet removing this, I'm SURE they will have a good excuse when they receive this complaint as all company's always do.... Bill was payed 1/2/14Desired Settlement: Want this removed from credit reports

We received the customer's request to remove the item on Friday, 01/03/14. The customer called in on the same day and requested that the deletion be performed on or before Monday, 01/06/2014. The account was coded for deletion from the repositories on 01/03/14. However, the regular reporting datafile to the repositories was not scheduled to be sent until Tuesday, 01/07/14. In order to expedite the customer's request, a direct clearinghouse request was sent to the repositories on Monday 01/06/14. The repositories may take up to ten business days to process our deletion request.

Please note that at no time did anyone refuse to comply with the customer's request. Everyone he spoke to agreed to his request, but informed him that it would be unlikely that it could be done in the timeframe he had given us.

Thank you for giving us an opportunity to address this matter. If the customer or the Revdex.com requires anything further, please contact me at your convenience.

Review: My son visited the [redacted] ER twice in 2008. Two bills were sent to an address we moved from in 2002. The billing address used was 6 years old. The bills were returned to the ER for incorrect address. The ER just handed this over to the Fredericksburg Credit Bureau(FCB). No effort was made by FCB to collect, all FCB did was damage my credit report and wait for me to call. Any reasonably intelligent collector could have surmised from the returned mail for incorrect address that perhaps we'd moved. We have a unique name. If you type my name in google white pages, [redacted], I'm the top hit because there are no other people with my name in [redacted]. It would have taken 30 seconds for FCB to rectify this. Because no effort was made to reroute the bills to the proper address, I've suffered damage to my credit report unnecessarily and unknown to me over the past 6 years and I'm now forced to pay out of pocket what would have been covered by insurance provider back in 2008. To top it all off, FCB still won't remove the negative black marks from my credit report, even after I've paid the bills and faxed them copies of the receipts! All this, and I never did anything wrong. I've always provided insurance and address information upon arrival to any and all medical facilities my family and I have visited.Desired Settlement: I wish for FCB to correct my credit report and apologize.

We received the customer’s removal request on 2/04. These requests can take up to 30 days to process. The removal was processed and transmitted to the credit reporting agencies on 3/5. The credit reporting agencies should remove the items in 3-10 business days.

Review: This collection company is falsely reporting a collection account on my credit bureau report. I have never had any contact with this company and know of no debt I owe them. Please remove any negative information reported on credit reports before I am forced to pursue legal action.Desired Settlement: remove negative information from credit reports immediately
