I was contacted by [redacted] because there a/c upstairs was not working I told them it was a commercial property and our rates were $***per hour to see what the problem is they agreed when I arrived the a/c was frozen up I had to defrost it in order to see what was wrong I explained this to them and it will take a while to do so they agreed and I then said again it was [redacted] dollars an hour he agreed once it was defrosted I was able to test the a/c I found it very low on R-refrigerant it cost $ [redacted] per pound and explained that I did not know how much it would take to fill and suggested a new unit and told him it could cost around 10,dollars he said he did not have the money for that I then said are you sure there will be no warranty on the refrigerant it could last a day week or a year I don't know and said again it is [redacted] dollars per pound and I'm not sure how many pounds it would take I weigh the tank before and after he said do it so I filled it up it took pounds I came back with the invoice with hours of labor and the refrigerant cost he got very mad and told me he was going to ruin my company and he would spend millions to do so I was not sure how to respond I said so your not going to pay me he said he would but was going to contact his lawyer I am still waiting to see if the check clears
