Review: I ordered flowers for my daughter's wedding, August 8. The florist delivered four bridesmaid bouquets rather than one bridal bouquet and three bridesmaid bouquets. They also failed to deliver a toss-away bouquet, as ordered. Two flower girl baskets were delivered. We did not order any flower girl baskets. The flowers were dropped off prior to my daughter's arrival at the venue. When she saw they weren't cq, she called me. I called the florist; they said someone would be right over as they are located just a few blocks away. The owner showed up, waving an order form,claiming this was what we ordered -- it was not -- and yelling at my daughter, on her wedding day. When I arrived and learned of this, I called. As soon as I said my name, he began to yell at me. I went over the order twice with his staff and paid in full in advance. He said he couldn't resolve the issue until Monday when the wedding was in a few hours. All he had to do was deliver a bridal bouquet.

He also screamed that he had tried to call us many times the day before. I do not know who he was trying to call. There is no record on my cell phone, my home phone or my daughter's phone that he called. They did have the cq number as they had called previously.

I wrote a review to the website on Aug. 9. It has not posted, which leads anyone looking at his site to continue to believe that he has a 4.6 out of 5 star rating. This is false information. I relied, in part, on reviews in selecting this florist. In not publishing unfavorable reviews, the website is deceitful.

The owner could have easily rectified this situation on the wedding day. Even though he messed up the order, I would have paid him additional funds to deliver a bridal bouquet, the most important flower arrangement at a wedding.Desired Settlement: I would like the owner to post my review to his website and to send a written apology to my daughter for making her cry on her wedding day.
