I took my car in April for my tires change over to summer, and my MVIAll was good with the customer service that day, I talk to the guy [redacted] about the sensor light being on all winter as I don't have sensors in my winter rimsI told him I couldn't wait until that light was turned outHe told me that his wife had the same problem and she was excited to have the light turned out alsoWell I left the dealership and didn't notice that light was still onWhen I got to work I called and talk to [redacted] , whom was the very best, she told me they should of program the sensorsI called my [redacted] and he said he would bring the car back for me as I was working I was then pass to [redacted] and he told me to wait a few days as he had to drive his wife's for a few before the light went outI finally got the car in May 1st.When I was called out to get my car, [redacted] said there is a small fee for serviceI was shock and ask why as I had paid $on April and I had ask for the light to be turn offI was charged $for labor that's almost hours of laborMy car wasn't even in the center for one and a half hours on the 22ndso why do I have to pay another $again today, the labor should of been covered from the over labor payment on April 22, if they would of program the car that day the labor would of been the same charge My biggest thing was the customer service I receive from [redacted] , I then ask, how come you didn't tell me I would have to pay for this, he said because you didn't ask (I was flabbergasted, I work customer service and if I talk to a customer like that I would be fired on the spot.) I told him if I knew I was going to have to pay to have the light turned off I would of left it on, I just drop $here last weekHe told me (and it was not in a nice way) that I should know I have to pay labor,I said I payed it last week.Worse customer service ever, and will make sure other people know how I was treated

I told him I couldn't wait until that light was turned out. He told me that his wife had the same problem and she was excited to have the light turned out also. Well I left the dealership and didn't notice that light was still on. When I got to work I called and talk to [redacted], whom was the very best, she told me they should of program the sensors. I called my [redacted] and he said he would bring the car back for me as I was working . I was then pass to [redacted] and he told me to wait a few days as he had to drive his wife's for a few before the light went out. I was shock and ask why as I had paid $400.00 on April 22 and I had ask for the light to be turn off. I was charged $120.00 for labor that's almost 2 hours of labor. My car wasn't even in the center for one and a half hours on the 22nd. so why do I have to pay another $42.38 again today, the labor should of been covered from the over labor payment on April 22, if they would of program the car that day the labor would of been the same charge.
