Review: Fredi's Masonry resurfaced our front steps. In doing so, they removed the railings on either side of the steps, promising to come back and reinstall the railings. They missed several appointments to come back without an explanation, and calls to them aren't answered. They've been paid in full for their work. So they have our money and haven't completed the work.Desired Settlement: Reinstall the railings or reimburse us $400 to get someone else to install the railings.
