Review: On 5/4/2013 I bought a sofa and chair from Fred's 12 or more store for $120.00. At that time Fred and entered into a verbal contract. We agreed that he would hold the furniture for a maximum 30 days. on On 5/24/2013 I went to Fred's store to pick item up and when I arrived no one was there. Over the next 11 days I tried to get in contact with Fred and to no avail till today June 4th. Fred agreed to meet me at his store at 2pm and gave him my name and number to let me know if anything changed. I arrived at 1:55pm and waited till 4:00pm, no appearance was made by Fred. I have made numerous trips and called daily at least 10-20 times a day to try and work this out and no effort has been made to resolve this.Desired Settlement: I wish to have a refund of a full $120.00.
