I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  
Regards,  Because 1 I have emailed them several times and I have not received an call or email since the time I emailed them saying that I never received the package. 2 I used the tracking number that was giving and no 1 at [redacted] knows were my package is so therefore vidaluxe cosmetic uses [redacted] if I'm emailing you telling u the package was not delivered I never signed for this package then why aren't vidaluxe trying to contact [redacted] to find out why haven't I received my package.

The customer stated the following:
Customer’s Statement of the Problem:
I order a palette from them and never received it. When I tried to contact
them to find what happened on there end or with the shipping service they
used I never got a response to my phone calls or the several emails I
sent. I guess once they got the money they didn't care if I got it or not.
This customer is stating false claims, we have responded to [redacted] the
same day she contacted us via email and informed her that her order was
delivered on November 28, 2014 at 8:45pm. We also gave her the [redacted]
tracking number. Since we sent the email, we have not received a reply
from [redacted] or any follow-up to her concerns.
As the seller, it is not our responsibility if an item is stolen. We
insure our packages up to $100 if they are damaged or lost via the
shipper. Since it is the holiday season, we have informed and asked our
customers to do the following prior to ordering:
1. Customers expecting deliveries should have packages routed to places of
work or other locations where someone is present.
2. Ask for a signature confirmation, which means the parcel won't be
delivered unless someone is there to accept it.
3. Have the parcel held at the post office. You can go online at [redacted].com,
fill out the form and they will hold your parcel.
4. You can also have a text message sent to you for your package's arrival
time or have the package sent to your office.
As the seller, we are not responsible for stolen packages we shipped
within our stated handling time and provided them with tracking
information.
Can you please remove this complaint from your website as we shipped her
product on time, sent her an email with tracking number and answered her
emails as well.
