informed you in his letter, we explain about his bad motor mounts, sub-frame damage and the rust. But still he told us to replace the CV axle which he brought because he told us it was making a noise (he mentioned about the noise). Now, he is complaining about the noise, ( he was familiar with) that was coming from the car. You can resource about those cars, the motor mounts commonly bad and can brake the axle and the same happens when the axle is rusted. Also, he complains about labor, we had a charge of $85.00 per hour, and to replace axle is 1.5 hour total of $127.50 we charged him $100.00 only, we tried to help him somehow.
