Tranny issues with a car. ***, the owner, stated that it was for sure this item. They fixed it supposedly. 4000 miles later went out again. Fixed it again supposedly. Then less than 200 miles it did it again. I want my money back. To dealership stated that same thing. It was the item that *** put in. *** states that it is warranty to just bring it in. No, I will not. I want my money back. These problems with *** shop has cost me a lot. Just want my money back.

In late June of 2018, made contact with Unique Edge about wanting my new stereo system installed, as well as, aftermarket alternator, already purchased from another company, I spoke with the sound service rep regarding a potential install. He confirmed they could and will do the work on the install of both things mentioned. I scheduled an appt to work on the install. I was unable to meet the scheduled appointment do to my own business requiring my attention. I called and cancelled my appt that morning, left a VM. 1 wk later I decided to go with another local Audio sound business based on a recommendation from a friend. *** installed the stereo. A week later I scheduled a new appt with Unique Edge to install my new aftermarket Alternator. They quoted me 5 hours of labor. I dropped the car off with new alternator at Unique Edge. I received a call by the service rep around noon informing me that the part I provided doesn't fit the car. I asked why they didn't compare the factory mounting assembly diagram prior to taking things apart. I asked to pay by check, *** said they dont accept checks. Their website says they do. I was charged approximately $366.80 for taking my car apart and putting it back together without replacing the part. I complained about the cost being high. The owner leaned forward with an intimidating raised voice saying, "listen to me, you wasted 8 hours of my time by not following through with your appointment for the stereo install". When I drove the car I realized my AC was no longer working nor was my radiator fan working. I made contact with Unique Edge regarding the issues by leaving a VM the following morning. *** called me back and said he was booked all day but would try to look at it later after noon. I was unable to get there do to work so I cancelled. I called to reschedule, the Owner *** told me they would not touch the car because I refilled the Freon on my own (lasted a half a day blowing cool air). It's leaking somewhere.
