Review: I went to Fred's car wash. I was encouraged to get the high-end car wash and I decided to do that. At this car wash the driver who is myself. After the car wash I went To a grocery store just two tenths of a mile away. When I got out of my car I noticed a small dent on the driver side that was not there prior to the car wash. When I got home I promptly called the car wash to report the incident. I was told I needed to call back when the manager was there during the week. The manager Eddie told me to stop by the car wash. Do to work hours I had to wait a few days to do so. I complained about the dent I received and field at a report. I was told that I would be contacted within a week or 10 days. Since this incident occurred on April 6th I have contacted The manager in on her many times. I still have heard nothing in response to the damage done to m This has been the worst customer experience I've had in a long time. Initially I was treated rudely by the manager and I have never heard from the owner who is the impossible to reach. Please assist me in getting my car repaired due to the damage at the car wash.. Thank you.

Dear Revdex.com, At Fred's Car Wash we are very sensitive to customer's complaints. In this instance we assumed that the case was closed and that it had been appropriately explained to Mrs. [redacted]. The damage she pointed out is a mechanical and physical impossibility for any car wash to do much less ours. Before and since Mrs. [redacted]'s complaint we have not received, observed or had occasion to experience any damage complaints. The car wash simply does not have the mechanical ability to do the dent Mrs. [redacted] claims to have happened at our wash. The case most likely is after the car was cleaned the damage that occurred somewhere beyond my ability to know, became very visible and that was when Mrs. [redacted] noticed it. Her immediate assumption was the last place she saw something touch her car was the car wash so therefore it had to be the wash. The manager carefully examined the dent and checked inside the wash and its operation. Again, the damage Mrs.[redacted] points is a mechanical and physical impossibility for the equipment to do. Mrs. [redacted] simply does not like the answer. Vehicles get bumped in parking lots, garages. while parked, a thousand different ways. Many of these bumps, marks, dents go unnoticed until the car is cleaned or polished and full attention is paid to the finish of the vehicle. Mrs. [redacted] did not complain about the quality of the wash or the finish product. The manager explained this to Mrs. [redacted] at some length. She chooses to think we are avoiding her. This is not accurate or true. I am sorry Mrs, [redacted] will not accept the reality that the car wash had nothing to do with her dent.
