Tech arrived as previously agreed upon; calling 10 minutes before arriving. [redacted] was professional worked to diagnose problem. He was considerate about ensuring our house was as neat as when he arrived.

Had our first visit this morning by this company. The service man called as promised and was at the front door precisely when promised. He was clean, neat, efficient, friendly, and was in and out in a very acceptable period of time. We have signed up for a year-long contract and look forward to having them take care of our heating and air conditioning needs.

Had them come to give a second opinion about our not so old furnace that another company found several things "needing replacing" or perhaps a "new furnace"! A more through inspection was done by [redacted] as well as some terrific education about the items in question which as it turned out were NOT needing replacement and were all in good working order. I trust Fred's honesty and integrity .

The company responded quickly to a request for service. The repairman was prompt and courteous, considerate of our home and kept me informed on the progress of his diagnosis of the repair issue.

Fred's Heating and Air did a nice job... Jason contacted me when he was en route and was earlier than the anticipated window which was great. He asked the appropriate questions and quickly determined the problem. He had the necessary parts with him, explained the problem and fixed it. Jason did a good job, was very professional and thorough, and got my issue resolved on the first visit.

My husband and I are very pleased with the service we received from Fred's Heating and Air. They are always prompt and polite. [redacted] explained his work clearly at our heating/cooling system's regular "check-up". We thoroughly trust Fred's to honestly and accurately take care of all of our heating and cooling needs.
