That is absolutely a lie I called spoke with a manager on Tuesday about the double charge who politely told me that he could not handle the issue and that I needed to speak with some person named chris I have no knowledge of talking with someone who is a cleaner or where that even came from The double charge was discovered on tuesday when my wife and I returned home I called my bank before even calling the restaurant to make sure there was not some other mistake and the two charges occured within a second of each other The bank said the restaurant would have a record of the charges and be able to correct the charge The only person to yell use vulgar language and make threats on the phone was this chris person Yes I called the police department to inform them of a fraudulant charge on my debit card and the personal threat of violence toward me It should be noted that chris clearly is trying to deflect this and lay the blame for his inability to manage a business and not take ownership for his mistake What should be of interest is that I contacted the police department not him if he was threatened as he stated in his response shouldn't he have contacted the police department?? I also informed the local chamber of commerce about the horrible experience at that establishment I have also talked to some other local businesses about this horrible experience and have found that the restaurant has a high turnover rate as a result of this manager named chris The bottom line is this chris is clearly trying to protect his job as a result of his actions and clearly has anger issues Due to this experience my wife and I do not intend to go back to this community as no one should be treated the way he treated me and lying about it won't change what happened

First I was informed buy another employee that the man had called on a sundayWe are closed on sunday and monday due to lack of businessBut she was on the phone with him and he was rude to herShe was trying to tell him to call the manager tuesday morning,
but he kept asking her how come she couldnt fix it and she informed him that she was just a swamper and couldnt fix it he would have to call back tuesday ask for chris, he got mad at her and ask why she couldnt fix it again and so she tried to tell him again and he just hung up on her. So on tuesday about 8:in the morning he called backOne of my managers picked up the phone and he started yelling at him about the problem and the manager was trying to let the guy know that he can fix it but the guy started yelling at him that he wanted to speak to chrisSo I got on the phone with the guyReally rude personHe told me his story, after he was done I was trying to inform him that sometimes the banks and or credit card companys double charge because of the open tipHe then just lost it and started yelling at meI said hold on "dude" you can not talk to me that wayHe lost it after that and started screaming at me about me calling him "dude"I couldnt get a word in with the guy so I hung up on himHe called right back and said "what gives you the right to call me dude" soon as I was gonna reply he started yelling at me "what gives you the right to call me dude" over and overSo I hung up on him againHe called right back I picked up the phone " hello this is Freds mesquite" and he started yelling again "what gives you the right to call me dude" so I hung up againThe phone rang again I did not pick upLater on that day about 1:in the afternoon a police officer call up the resturant and asked me what happened and he laughed at me an said that the reason he was calling was because the "dude" said I had threaten to fight him in the parking lotI did not the officer asked how we can resolve this I told him I justed needed a bank or credit card statement and a ID card and I will give his money backThe cop said ok and was gonna call the "dude" up and let him knowI never received another call nor the man showing up with bank statementI apologized to the cop for having his time wastedI am also sorry to the Revdex.com for having to get involved into something so petty as to be called a "dude"Thank you for your time
