Free Calls Today - VOIP

Review: This company (free calls today) took a draft of 37.77 from my checking account. This was unauthorized. I have never been on their website until after I received the charge to get their contact information. I have emailed them and called several times to request a refund of the 37.77 that was taken out on 3/31/2015. I worry that this will be an ongoing withdrawal since it looks like according to the website it's a subscription. It is a VoIP service for free calling which I do not need since I have unlimited calling thru my cell phone service. Thank you.Desired Settlement: Would like a refund of 37.77 and to make sure no other funds will be withdrawn.

Review: My bank called me this morning, 4/15/2015, and said that there was an electronically created check; check #23 for the date of 4/13/15 in the amount of $37.77 trying to process to my checking account. My bank said that they had the account number wrong so that looked odd to them and wanted to make sure with me first before they let it go through. I told them definitely do not let it come through as I have never even heard of this company much less signed up for anything from them. They said that they would return it and I said please do and to not let anything from this company come through because I've never signed up for anything. Basically they are trying to pull some identity theft and I'm beyond ticked off and this company should be prosecuted for fraud.Desired Settlement: I want no contact and them taken off of whatever list they got my name from. I believe they should be charged for fraud and identity theft.

Review: This company has just stolen 37.77 out of my account and bounced the account 30.00 owing me 67.77

Review: this company processed an unauthorized bank debit with no correspondence nor prior approval with meDesired Settlement: Immediate refund and removal of all my information from their database and their affiliates.

(The info on the charge is not even correct/current, I no longer live at the address listed on the charge to my bank account)

I did not order, want or authorize any VOIP services.

I have been attempting to reach Freecallstoday.com for several days, I have called several time each day (never reaching anyone) left several messages, sent several emails...none of which have been responded to.

I would like this fraudulent charge refunded to my account and get assurance that this will not be charged to my account again. But I cannot speak to anyone or get a response from anyone.Desired Settlement: I want a refund of this charge to my account. I want a contact number that someone answers and can take care of this request.

Review: I received today a charge of $37.42 on my bank account, the description was [redacted] I assumed that this was a phone number and I called and was only able to leave a message. I went to my bank to dispute the charge as I had only $21 in my bank account, they stated that they company that took the money had my name and banking information, so it would have been something that I authorized previously probably, if I wanted to dispute the charge and recall it, it would be a $28 fee. I said that I would do more research, so when searched the number online, it was a VOIP service, something that I have never used, but something that I dont have a need for and never have I even researched. I sent an email requesting a call back, and someone called me back. A rep called back pretty promptly though no one ever called back in from the phone call I made. The rep said that an email was sent from my actual address, with my name and address and account number, but I NEVER signed up for anything, and I certainly never sent any emails out with my name, address and bank information. I asked for the IP address used and what they provided appears to be mine, but when I asked for a copy of the email, they said that they would request it, they offered me a refund on the $37.42 but not on my $28.00 insufficient funds charge.Desired Settlement: I need to have my $28.00 refunded, plus an additional charge because this is 100% fraud. There is nothing in my OUT box sent to any VOIP service and I can prove it. I dont know how they got my banking information, name etc. BUT THERE IS NO EMAIL FROM ME REQUESTING THEM TO ACCESS MY ACCOUNT. Nor is there any VOIP service used on my internet and wifi account.
