I came to this clinic to get help for PTSD/Childhood Trauma The 'supervisor', ***, carelessly matched me with an intern incapable and unqualified to help meThis intern was not qualified to work with trauma victims, it was beyond the scope of her competence, which *** later confessed to meIn the third session, the intern yelled at me and accused me of "talking too much and not letting her talk." This severely re-traumatized me, which anyone suffering from deep childhood trauma/abuse would completely understand what I'm talking about When contacted about it, *** dismissed, refused to help or resolve my panic and confusion and re-traumatization from thisThe whole clinic, including the executive director, ***  ***, ignored and dismissed my requests or 'pleas' to come in again and talk They refused to take any responsibility for basically 'swept me under the rug'It is like they are trying to hide something or they have been sued before or they are trying to protect their behinds Nothing was ever communicated to me and was very hush hushThe more I tried to communicate with them, the more they shut the door in my face
1.) They intentionally and recklessly caused emotional and physical harm/turmoil/needless suffering
2.) There was Gross Negligence/Incompetence on the part of the intern AND the supervisor-*** ***  3.) General Unprofessional Conduct!
4.)There was Performing, Representing themselves as Able to Perform, Offering to Perform, and Permitting an Intern to Perform Beyond their Scope/License/Competence! AND
5.) There was overt, Improper Supervision of the Intern! This is counselor abuse and is all grounds for penalty according to the BBS and DCA
But what do you do in a situation like this? And how do you heal from it? What can repair the damage?
