I RECEIVE No RESPONSE FROM THE BUSINESS AS WELL AND THIS HAS

Review: I had purchased a jacket from Free country web site on 12/**/13. And with in a short time the liner of my free country 3in1 jacket came a part from the in seam of the liner and came a part on there web site I see that the jackets have a 1yr warranty on there products. This is why I had ordered the jack from them. I am in the year warranty. I e mailed them and they are telling me that the warranty was only a 30 day return or exchange of there Products I had informed them by e mail of the e mail and also attached a photo of there web site warranty information that it's for a year. I have not heard from them again I as the consumer feel that I was misled and sold a defective jacket that the thread came a part in the liner and came apart this is a manufacture defect in the jacket I jest wanted the liner replaced and Honor there warranty that is on there website.Desired Settlement: For them to replace the defective jacket with a non defective jacket with out any cost to me. And without any issues basically for them to honer there warranty and product.
