to leak transmission fluidWe fixed the leak everything seemed to be fine with the customerWe didn't charge for repair it wasn't warrantyThen, the transmission had a slippage the customer bought it back to usThis time we were behind in our work with cars that was already scheduled so it took a little longer to repair the carWith this car not being scheduled we tried to work it in as quickly as possibleWe are a one bay shop and I am the only one who builds the transmissionsAs far as the phone is concerned I have a part-time secretary who attends to the phoneI can't talk on the phone and build transmissionsSince this instance I have hired more help for the phone problem
