being eligible for the service Mrs*** *** Agreed on Monday 12/22/to allow the crew to come and test her home for the Weatherization service through ***The *** home was a "fill in home", meaning they were scheduled on that day for later in the day and the paper work would be filled out by hand by the crew and not be printed at the officeThe *** were given a copy of all forms singed and dated by *** ***. *** customers call Free Lighting Corporation to request the Weatherization service also known as the "*** Texas Energy Efficiency Standard Offer Program" Free Lighting Corporation uses the *** account number and meter number to qualify the home for the service and to receive payment from *** for services preformed in the customers home. They did not state facts properly. The forms left with my wife were blank, and not copies of filled out forms. They also lied to my wife at the door to get her to agree to them coming inside. They said I was aware of them being out there and had scheduled them being there. I did not. Even if someone did sign up for them, like they said, in 2013, there was way too much time for that to still hold merit for them just showing up at someone's house. There was no schedule or confirmation phone call made. We did not request them there, and my wife would not have let them in had she not been told that I had setup them being there at that time. They were not contacted by us to come out and that is the bottom line.
