Complaint: [redacted] I am... rejecting this response because: they told me I need to turn my self in are go to jail so my mom didnt have to pay and when they sent tha cops to my house I went so my mom who co signed for me so she didnt have to pay 250 and when they lock me up they still made her pay and in Tx law says we dont do double jeopardy Regards, [redacted]
The complaint is, not valid because they was no bond fee charged to clients Mother, as he stated what was charged to her was a fee for court cost, due to the clients failure to appear in court on 27th day of April which is agreed upon with every indemniter
