my name is [redacted] and I am the owner of bs's bar and grill I was not there on the evening this took place but was texted by my bartender after the incident and was email on facebook the next day by this lady's husbandi have been in business for yrs and have never had a complaint on any of my bartenders not say they are perfect because none of us arei do not condone any kind of hostility in my bar wether its an employee or a customerthis is my bartenders version of the night in question on thursday july 16th around 11pm had two individuals come in and wanted a pitcher of beer and went on to talk to each other at that point I had other customers in the barthese were playing older music on the jukebox then the lady of the two went up to the jukebox and was playing some vulgar music(and to each their own)after playing those songs she went outside to smoke at that point was asked by the other customers if I could reject those songs so I did and immediately went and put a $by their pitcher to cover the loss of her songsthe female came in awhile later and was immediately hostile towards me for skipping her songs ( at this point her husband and another gentleman were still outside) I explained to her that while she was outside I got complaints on the music then she started yelling at me that she paid$for those songs I showed her that I replaced her $if she would like to play them againshe said no and that this is [redacted] rded and called me a fat [redacted] *** and at this time now the husband and the other gentlemen walked back in as im asking her to leave the premises neither were in the bar for the altercationthank you katie j now I [redacted] got the facebook email from this lady's husband he told me his version of what happened and I told him I was sorry and would look into itso I did and pretty much the samr version as my bartender came from of couple of the customers that were I said I do not condone hostility from anyone but I also feel my bartenders do not have to put up with this same hostility or name calling.I would be more then happy to give her the $back and I am sorry it got that far but respect is earned and I think they both need to say they are sorry sincerely, [redacted]
