I placed an order on August *** for two shirts and a set of earringsMy order arrived on Friday and both shirts where in my box but the set of earrings I paid for were not thereI immediately contacted free people via their email contact as due to a dental surgery talking on the phone is difficult for me at this time
They did not respond back to me in hoursI contacted them a second time and waited, and still did not hear back from them
I simply would like to have the earrings I already bought and paid for to be sent and delivered to me

Review: I was over charged 2 times for a shirt I bought online. I still have not received the shirt. I sent them multiple screen shots of my bank statement showing they over charged me. I have been in contact with about 600 "representatives" of their company and nothing has been done. They supposively reversed the charges but I still don't have the shirt, and this has been going on now for 2 weeks. I have told them over and over again that nothing has been done, no one has reached out to me, I've reached out to them, and I want my money back. It is disturbing to see a company not do anything about this when they were the ones who over charged my bank account.Desired Settlement: Want my money back for all my purchases.

Review: My last purchase from Free People was for a necklace, item that I ordered online. When the necklace arrived, it was broken. I called the company and told them the necklace was broken, but that I liked it and would like a replacement. Free People sent a replacement, which was also broken. I called them to report that the second necklace was broken and that I would return both -- WHICH I DID.

Free People is now telling me that I owe them for one necklace. They have frozen me out of any future purchases until I return the necklace -- which I've already returned -- or pay for the necklace -- which I don't have. They're asking me to pay for their mistake.

In my opinion, the fact that they are asking for payment for only one necklace proves that they received the package I sent, but that they failed to record one of the necklaces that came back in the same package.

I'm a long-time customer of Free People, and it's upsetting to me that they continue to ask for the necklace, which I've repeatedly told them I returned. They seem to have no respect for me as a long-time customer who has spent literally THOUSANDS of dollars at this store. They are willing to lose my business over $48 and a mistake at their end.Desired Settlement: I want my account and my credit records restored -- although I doubt I will purchase anything from this store again. Right now, I'm sorry I ever spent one dollar there.
