I am responding to customer ID 12168314,Customer took delivery of Seadoo Sparks on May 16, Customer and his son inspected the units prior to taking delivery of them and signed a form that stated the vehicles were in satisfactory conditionOnce the customer returned home he inspection the
units again and noticed few quarter size indentations in the hullCustomer notified us of the damage and wanted to be assured that the issue would not affect the durability of the hullAdditionally, the customer stopped payment on his $15,check that he used to pay for the unitsOur service department filed a case with BRP on May 19, describing the issue to the manufacturerBRP confirmed that this issue was caused by the crate during shipping from MexicoCustomer claimed that they would be satisfied as long as BRP would stand behind the durability of the product*** *** from BRP responded to our case on May 22, stating the marks in the hull would not cause any durability problemsThe case was then attached to the unit vin numbers with BRP so if the customer ever did have any issues the case would show upCustomer was satisfied and reissued another check for the balance owed on the machines on May 22, for $15,I am happy to report that this complaint has been resolved.Should you need additional information please feel free to contact me anytime,Best Regards,***
