I do not agree with this solution because all options were not given in order for me to make an informed decisionI was charged $for six months and two kids$of that I've already paid.I was not told about $60/wk class option $+$for uniforms x kids is $That's $that I was over chargedMr [redacted] said that he'll allow us to attend more week class sessions with that $creditI believe this is because he knows he wrongfully charged me But $x kids is $x more sessions that he's allowing credit to be used for is $240, still over charging meMe [redacted] needs to have all price options listed in his place of business to allow all customers to make informed decisions from the beginning and not have to go through this!I believe I am owed a refund of $

[redacted] came to my school on 5/6/seeking Martial arts classes for her sons ,she signed up with us for our month special, Her son took class and enjoyed the training , she did not ask about going to go to another location,she lives in Reynoldsburg As a member of the main school you may attend any of our locations, as well as the Main SchoolJust to clarify the regular price for month at the main school with access to all location is $per student plus uniforms at $eachTwo students would be $, please keep in mind that she attended the classes at the main school and another branch since 5/6/The special she received is $ for studentsShe has paid $- with a balance of $- I have agreed to reduce $- Leaving the balance of $We do offer another program that allow a student to attend class day per week,they are not allowed to attend any other class - this would be $+ $50(uniform)-for a weeks, day per week program -I have been doing business since 1982, any student who attends the main school has the advantage of the additional training, this is what [redacted] wanted, she was happy with the programA refund at this time would not be fair to my students, and she arrived at the Pataskla location at my direction to attend other classes ,- On Monday she called and said she would be in Wed to pay her balance per our agreement and was very excited to buy t-shirts for her sons ,our add ended on Monday but I told her I would give her the sale priceI have enjoyed her sons and have heard good progress reports, I am sorry that a misunderstanding could take the boys out of class, I would hope to see them back in the Main school or any other branch - I always want to encourage our youth to be involved - Please express to Ms [redacted] that her balance is $and this allows her boys to attend thru October - if she needs more time on the outstanding balance I always will work with her or any member of our community - to keep the youth in self-defense

Mr *** did not disclose any price options, only the month main school price I explained many times, with my children there in front of him, that I was only interested in the Pataskala locationThat location is in our school district and I hoped the kids would find someone they knew to become more comfortable and enjoy attending We attended class at the main school as we were told was required, a couple classes at Buckeye Lake per the instructor when Pataskala was closed and everything else was only Pataskala If my kids were just wanting to drop out, I would not expect any refundBecause I found out during Monday's class that there was this $60/week option, I feel that a refund is owed only in the amount of the difference I would not have signed up for months if wks was an optionThere is no pricing listed in the schoolMr *** can not show me anything with the $price on it, this is how he hides this optionWe've now attended wks and will not be back since wks is a class optionGiving me a credit is not an option as we are done attending, my kids no longer want to attend, what will a credit do for me?

I do not agree with this solution because all options were not given in order for me to make an informed decision. I was charged $840 for six months and two kids. $500 of that I've already paid.I was not told about $60/8 wk class option.  $60 +$50 for uniforms x 2 kids is $220. That's $280 that I was over charged. Mr [redacted] said that he'll allow us to attend 2 more 8 week class sessions with that $280 credit. I believe this is because he knows he wrongfully charged me.  But $60 x 2 kids is $120 x 2 more sessions that he's allowing credit to be used for is $240, still over charging me. Me [redacted] needs to have all price options listed in his place of business to allow all customers to make informed decisions from the beginning and not have to go through this!I believe I am owed a refund of $280.

Two students would be $1380.00 , please keep in mind that she attended the classes at the main school and another branch since 5/6/2015 . The special she received  is $840.00  for 2 students. She has paid $500.00 - with a balance of $340.00 - I have agreed to reduce $100.00 - Leaving the balance of $240.00 We do offer another program that allow a student to attend class 1 day per week,they are not allowed to attend any other class - this would be $180 + $50(uniform)-for a 8 weeks, 1 day per week program -.
