My apologies if I am missing something, the order number you have received is not one of our order numbersWas the order with *** *** ***? Did you happen to receive an order number that started with a or possibly an email address or phone number it may be under?I would certainly love to resolve this complaint for you!

I am rejecting this response because: This company simply says they unsubscribed meI want to know why they were illegally spamming me in the first place and then assurance that it will never happen againPer US can spam laws it is illegal to mass spam accounts using emails account they have been data mined or purchasedPermission must be explicitly given to allow marketingI am very diligent in fighting spam and go through great lengths to stop itTherefore I am 100% sure your company never had permission to spam meIf you're using 3rd party marketing companies to spam for you, then you could be liable for fines up to $16,per email even if they are illegally doing it on your behalfMost all spammers generically put out statements claiming the user oin which in most cases is a lie because they purchased emails lists.

insincere and didn't express concern with making this mistake. That is definitely not the way we usually handle things and I will be reviewing the calls and addressing that on my end!As for the order, we did set up a Fed Ex call tag to pick up the canvases however the customer that received them had already thrown them away. The customer no longer has them so no one will be using your canvases. I apologize that we couldn't get them back, but we will definitely make improvements so that this mistake doesn't happen again in the future. Thank you [redacted]

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution to be the only option I have.  I cannot prove if the person who received my artwork by mistake truly thrown them away, or kept them to him/herself and lie to Easy Canvas.  It is very disheartening not to retrieve my artwork back even if they were not in a good condition because many people are not always that honest.  I will definitely be very hesitated to do business with Easy Canvas moving forward.Regards, [redacted]
