We have reviewed this complaint and agree with the customer that she is entitled to a full refund and should NOT be charged for return shipping.We will be issuing a return label and will refund her in full once the items are returned back to us. We are very sorry for the inconvenience.

The original $4.99 Shipping has been refunded as a separate transaction today 11/*/16

A glitch in the system caused the discount to fall off the order.  The Customer has been issued a refund for the full Disputed Amount: $23.97 this morning (10/**/16). We are very sorry for any inconvenience. If there are any additional questions or problems, please let us know.

In researching this case it seems there were some technical issues on our side in trying to process a [redacted] refund through our systems. That is why they needed to escalate the problem.I apologize that no one has gotten back to you in a timely manner. You are certainly correct and this should have...

been addressed long before now.Our Finance department manually processed the refund via [redacted] today (11/**/16). The customer should see that refund in her account within the next day or two.We are very sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.

It is ridiculous to have to wait to get a replacement in time for minor alterations for parties. I waited almost a month since I placed my order and still didn't get what I ordered. Then, I get no responses from customer service until I filed a complaint with Revdex.com. Then, I was told item is no longer available (but was available when I ordered it). Unacceptable. I had to take the costume to a tailor to make it fit a 7-yr old boy. It had to be taken in and shortened. It was a major alteration job in a rush. He had a party to attend that weekend. He needed the costume. It was too late to order elsewhere. For all the aggravation and mishandling, all I get is We're sorry but the item is not available. We issued a refund. No matter what the final decision will be, I want people to know this company is not dependable with their orders. Their customer service is almost nonexistent.
