the first time I ORDERED FROM THEM THEY WAS AMAZING AND ANSWED ME IT DOES TAKE LITTLE LONGER WELL THIS TIME I HAD ONE CALL BACK AND THE DATE THEY TOLD ME HAS PASSED AND STILL HAVENT RECIVED THEM OR HEARD ANYTHING AND I WAITED EVEN LONGER BEACAUSE OF COVID

Where is my order
Ordered a set on 7 March 2021, shipped on 18 April. It's now 2 June and it's still not here. I have requested the tracking number numerous times and have been ignored. If I cannot be given the tracking number, I would like a refund, it is not fair to expect me to wait for over 6 weeks for shipping. Surely the tracking number is easy to locate, I just want to check where it is!

Loved the scissors and all the options! Seen ad in Facebook. I purchased the complete set, paid for it all. Been waiting forever ( I placed rush on it) after looking up email ( with no reply) I looked up phone and permanently disconnected. So I googled it... I get a actual home in TX and it says “stoll hometown blades” with notice business closed, same 888-999-3320 disconnected. Credit card statement said “stoll hometown” as well. Total rip off

Sick of being completely ignored
I joined their subscription service where I pay monthly and they send a box originally it says every month but then it they started coming every other month and now I've not gotten a box since October of 2019 I cannot get a response from anyone it's very disappointing because I really like their shears and the product that they put out but their customer service is horrible and interestingly I had a friend of mine inquire thru email just to see how long it took her to get a response, she got a response in minutes and it's been months and I can't get a response so they pick and choose who they respond to and clearly they don't want to solve any kind of problems or issues but I paid them a lot of money and I have not recieved what the website promises.

I ordered a box from Freebird shears containing two of their shears I work really hard for my money so when I order something I expect it on time I also expect communication from a company if they're going to be 3 months late but I waited three months did not hear anything did not get anything in the mail and I called the lady to find out and she blast me for calling her says I'm disrespectful because she's having family issues and I should not be calling well it's been 3 months and I told her that and I wanted my money back now it's been over 3 weeks and I still don't have my money back and I texted the owner who gave me her number because she didn't have time to be in the store she didn't answer so of course I texted her the next day which happened to be a holiday and was like hey what's up and she called me disrespectful again and said not to talk to her anymore and that is my bank fault that the money was not in my account honestly I would never order from this company they suck and their communication with their customers is awful and I would never recommend them to anybody...

Customer has received out of her monthly subscriptions and we can prove it with delivery confirmations from the US post office (see attachment)She has received products as advertised for monthHer last box is scheduled to ship this weekYou cannot expect to receive month worth of product and then simply asked for a refund while keeping/using the productsThis is a very unusual and not at all reasonable requestWe are usually always willing to work with customers but issuing a refund for month worth of products while the customer gets to keep and use the merchandise is not something any business would doImagine ordering any product for month and then in month asking for a refund for the previous month while keeping the itemsIf the customer returns all items including all tools, all stickers, all extra items, all candy from the last month in brand new and unused condition we will gladly issue a refundWe will also dispute any attempt from the customer to have month worth of products refunded by her bank while keeping the itemsKeeping such a large amount of product without paying for it not acceptable.Customer can gladly call us toll free at [redacted] to discuss the matter further.Best regards, [redacted] ***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I purchased and prepaid for a six month subscriptionI was to receive a box each month that was to be shipped by the 20th, per their description on the Freebird siteAt this time I have not received my last box for December, It is now two months later and I have not received my last box, along with the promised bonus itemsI emailed the company several times and never received a responseIt is beyond insulting to read that the owners of the company state they return all correspondenceThey ignore you!? I finally received a full refund for one purchase made in January, the day after I filed the complaint with the Revdex.comHOWEVER, I want my last box of the subscription that I paid for over months ago.? I purchased 100 rubber pull through bumpers & the form is stating unfilled...have emailed them & called their toll free number ,no response from email & toll free number always has a voice mailbox not a person to speak with to discuss any issue.Their communication is well below average at the best .I have read their responses to other unsatisfied customers & can understand why they complain ..the worst customer service that I have dealt with on the internet ...its a shame they don't get taken to court & relieved of some of the money that they screw people out of .

The boxes were combined into a double box, maybe customer was not aware of itThe Fur Artist kit is a Custom Made to order kit which takes a few weeks to makeUpdates can be found in our Facebook groupWe just searched and could not find an email from the above email addressCustomer can call us

I am rejecting this response because:I have contacted via phone without answer, via emails with the same empty promise and then without answersI was not notified or contacted anything would be different from the specific timeline or purchase I originally madeThis should have been items advertised (working scissors, usable accessories and advertised bonus items including a high value scissor) and delivered once monthlyThis has not happened.Ive been more than patient Items have had issues that weren’t resolved due to no communication from this company and many items never receivedThis company continues to promise shipped items for months that do not come at allThey do so publicly when many others are incurring the same situation and without recourseIs this an inventory issue or scam, maybe both? I do not want a “double box” This should have been rectified with a refund months ago if communication was appropriateFurthermore, I was incorrect that this was a PayPal transactionIt was through Square and with a bank card they captured as a reoccurring fee I removed the cardIt will be disputed with my bank if not resolved here with a refundCustomers should not be made to feel swindled and continue to await promised goods for months and months without communicationIt is beyond rude and poor business that this company replies to this as if nothing is wrong.
