Dear Revdex.com Representative,I am writing in response to complaint ID *** filed on 1/27/Weis Markets thoroughly investigated this complaint and determined the funds were accurately loaded onto the gift card at the time of purchaseWhen the customer attempted to redeem the gift cards at the
restaurant, she was told they were emptyHowever, we have concluded the issue was mostly likely with the restaurant's systemThis customer was contacted by the local Weis Markets' District Manager and the Store Manager of our Dover, PA locationOur team worked directly with the customer to determine the cause of the issue and expressed our desire to resolve this matter and accommodate our Customers' needsThe customer was satisfied with our response and agreed the issue was with the restaurant, and not our system.Please let us know if you require any additional information regarding this complaint.Sincerely,Amy MRegional Customer Experience Manager

I am writing in response to your letter dated August 9, regarding ID ***.It appears the associate behind the counter used the incorrect PLU when ringing up the turkeyA PLU is priced at a pound when it is discontinued to discourage use of that code until it is deleted from our
systemObviously they used an incorrect PLU and failed to verify the label before handing the meat to the customer.In regards to the refund it is our policy is that any refund over $must be returned in the manner that it was paidIn this case a refund was placed on his debit cardWe are only able to go back days in transaction history through our banking establishmentDue to the fact that this transaction transpired on 2/8/we are unable to verify if the refund was processedTo ensure that the customer was compensated we will be sending him a $gift card.If you have any additional concerns please don't hesitate to let us knowWe are always looking for ways to improve our customers' experience.Sincerely,Kim M*** Director of Customer Service Weis Markets
