Company will not respond to RMA return authorization request
Company website indicates they will refund all unopened unused parts once an RMA request is issued by consumer the company should respond with return authorization # however they have ignored all request and have not acknowledged my attempts to communicate with them regarding parts return / refundI have attempted contact on separate occasionsIt appears they are trying to stall as the only allow days to return parts even though all my attempts at communication have been within the day window
