Recently my usual RV service facility went out of business and I had to identify a new one When anyone has to do this, it is always done with a lot of mistrust and fear I searched both the Good *** Extended Warranty service plan sites and the Revdex.com There were several in the Tucson area on both of these lists I interviewed several repair facilities prior to selecting Pedata RV
Pedata's A+ rating by the Revdex.com and my discussion with *** in the Pedata Service department gave me a warm fuzzy *** seemed the most knowledgeable and personable of all the places I interviewed
I trusted them with my Cameo 5th wheel and all of the work (which was several different items) was done very professionally and completed with the minimum possible cost expenditure *** kept me informed on the progress of the repairs and gave me a detailed description of what they had done to my rig *** and his crew also took the time to answer any questions I had during the repair process and when I picked up
JOB WELL DONE! I will definitely be back with any additional work that needs to be done in the future

We picked up the rig - the service people led out by Marc Goodman were excellent in taking care of detailing and meeting our expectations
In March of 2016 we purchased a Winnebago Fifth Wheel remotely. The entire staff was awesome. The entire process was smooth, not rushed and they knew how to handle the out of state sale. We felt valued as a customer not just another sale. Both the pre-sale and delivery walk through were very thorough. I would recommend Pedata.
I am very pleased with the caliber of knowledge our associate [redacted] had about the inventory on hand. One of the true bonuses is that they have fairly priced inventory and another, not very often considered bonus is that Pedata is not located in the city tax jurisdiction of Tucson which can save you some serious cash.

Pedata rv is very professional,friendly and honest. We felt no pressure, were given the opportunity to take as much time as we needed to look over the coaches. We will definitely do business with them again.
Sales staff were friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and accommodating. Inventory was well displayed. Service department went the extra step to make sure the unit going out the door was in good working order. Financing arrangements were a pleasant experience. Top notch organization.
We drove over 1200 miles to Tucson to look at a couple motorhomes we saw on line. The next morning the salesman called our hotel and met us at the dealership. One of the motorhomes we wanted to look at had weak batteries and the salesman had to get another salesman to figure out how to get the coach started.
Once we got it started we took it for a test drive. Once we completed the test drive we went into negotiations on the price.
Their business quote is that "We will not be undersold, if we cannot beat the competitions price we will give you a free 3 days vacation". I found another exact make, model, year of motorhome with less mileage for a lower price. After going around and around with the sales people they called the owner and we were told he said, "I am tired of giving away vacations." So they met the competitions price, they didn't beat it. We were really tired of the sales people trying to get out of living up to their business moto.
Then the finance guy tried to get us to buy an extended warranty from them even after I told him over and over we didn't want to pay dealer mockup on a warranty. He kept on and on, I guess it is his job, but really ticked me off. When I say no I mean no.
We scheduled a Saturday to go thru the motorhome with a maintenance man. He showed us everything on the motorhome and how it works. He had to work overtime on Saturday to do it and he did a great job.
The motorhome had 1/4 tank of fuel when we picked it up and they refused to fill it up so we had to before we could leave town. You buy a $60,000 motorhome the least they ould do is put $125.00 worth of fuel in it for the buyer.
We started out for the trip home, over 1200 miles, and we broke down within a day and a half. Even thou the motorhome was sold "As Is" they agreed to pay for half of the repair cost. Forget about the part of us loosing 5 days out of our lives trying to figure out how to get it/waiting to get it fixed. When the repair was finally done they didn't pay half, they were $473.00 short of half but the maintenance supervisor said he agreed to an earlier estimate that was lower. An extimate is just that an estimate. You don't know the final cost until the job is done.
We finally got it fixed and made it home without any other problems.
All in all I would not purchase a motorhome from any dealer on a weekend unless I was picking it up during the week. Service personnel don't work on weekends and repairs cannot be done except during the week.
[redacted] was very easy to work with. We were treated with respect and given as much time that we needed to find exactly what we wanted. The few things that needed to be fixed was taken care of. Other places we were told the coach was used so fix those things yourself!
Our salesman was friendly,knowledgeab, and willing to answer every question we had.
