Freedom Air and Heat

Our old AC quit working Wednesday Oct 12, We called Freedom Air (found them via [redacted] search, with good ratings) and they scheduled a technician to arrive between 3:to 5:THAT DAY!! Mike showed up on time, did a thorough check of our system and gave us several options, explaining each option clearly and professionally We decided to go for purchasing a new system(Reference "old AC" above.) Fortunately everything we needed was in stock and installation was scheduled for the next day Cody and Steve (forgive me, Freedom Air, if I have their names incorrect) arrived the next morning on time and worked like maniacs all day - ran into some very challenging roadblocks but worked through thoselike maniacs Very polite, very professional, wouldn't even take water from us while they were working After the install was complete, operation of the new system was explained - again, clearly and professionally And both guys were still smiling when we said goodbye, even though they had a pain-in-the-neck install (Perhaps they were smiling because they were finally done...) Can't praise Freedom Air enough!!

I had Freedom Air out to my home on 11-07-and the tech couldn't have been nicerHe gave my dog a treat (asked first) and then listened to my concerns and thoughtsHe quickly addressed the issue and gave me a quote prior to the work being doneHe had all the parts with him and made it painlessI really appreciate the professionalism from Meghan who answered the phone to Glen the tech who came outI would definitely recommend them

Of all the a/c companies in Brevard County I made the biggest mistake in my life by hiring Freedom AirThey charged me $for a tuand an additional $to replace a $thermostat which took two minutesTheir contracts are so vague that they should be illegalThey also service my a/c at my residenceMy wife called two hours later and said the unit was blowing nothing but hot airThey were called and said someone could come out in approxhoursNot exceptableTurned out they forgot to turn the circuit breaker back on so the outside unit was not operatingOne thing that needs to be checked after service is the temperature going into the house from the air handlerObviously this wasn't checked as the unit was not onI would never recommend them

BEST EXPERIENCE YET! I am always hesitant about in home servicesBut from the phone rep to the tech that came out it was a pleasureHe explained everything and made sure I was comfortable with the repair before competing his work I give them a A++++ on the customer service and repairThank you
