Due to the Conditions of the Attic we found out that the Supply Box and Return Box caused Air Leaks in the Duct Work The Air Leaks of the Existing Duct Work caused a lack of Air Flow in the home and that's what caused the lack of cooling in the Rooms specified Also, because of the lack of Air Flow, that also causes the system to work a tad bit harder which causes an increase in KW consumption which spiked up the Electric for the months stated Our staff has Revisited the site on 7/13/and 7/19/to fix this issue per the Customer request and per our records, [redacted] ***and [redacted] were satisfied with the CorrectionsAlso, upon further research, the [redacted] 's also discovered that the Combination of the System(s) that they invested in turned out to be a Seer System Seer ratings can be misleading on equipment, but we verified the AHRI certification and the system that we installed is a Seer that the [redacted] 's requested As far as the floors and the attic door, we have taken care of that at Freedom Air's Expense utilizing the [redacted] 's Contractor of choice and is to our Understanding that the [redacted] 's were satisfied with the result of the Work Sometimes, there maybe Conditions with a client's home that may be difficult for even experienced technicians That is why we offer a Property Protection Guarantee which states that if our install causes the Homeowner to be without regular living conditions, we will furnish them with Hotel Accomodations If we destroy any furnishings or other materials of the home, we will reimburse them for the value of the item and/or the cost of repair of any furnishings We honored our Guarantee per the [redacted] 's satisfaction We are sorry for the mishaps that occured with this project, and any skepticsm that arose, but we aim to maintain Positive Relationships with our Clients We hope that we have rectified these issues to the [redacted] 's full satisfaction If there any other issues or concerns, please reach out to us directly and as we have done in the past We will be at service and aim to reach a resolution We apologize for any skepticism or tension with our Relationship and would do anything to make the [redacted] 's more comfortable with our Company and dealings

I am rejecting this response because:We are not satisfied. More of our floor is showing signs of damage due to the force when the unit was dropped. We have grout coming out in multiple areas. Our tile guy explained when the AC unit was dropped it hit the one tile and cracked it but the forced carried through the floor. So now a floor that is less than one year old is losing grout.The tile company says it is due to the AC company, so they won't correct it.Also, why should we have to pay such large electric bills when due to Freedom Air's incomplete work we were cooling our attic?  This was not our fault! We never entered the attic after install. We TRUSTED that they hired workers that would do the job right. We believe there are still matters to be resolved in this case and it should not be closed.
